RFP - Parks and Recreation - Master Plan

The Town of Kennebunkport Parks and Recreation Department invites interested parties to submit Proposals to develop a Master Plan of the existing facilities, amenities, and the anticipated future facility and recreational program needs of the community. Any questions must be directed in writing to Stephanie Simpson at ssimpson@kennebunkportme.gov. no later than 2:00 PM, Tuesday, August 23, 2022. The Town will issue a response on or before 4:30 PM, Wednesday, August 24, 2022. The response will be in the form of an addendum, which will be available on the Town's website. It is the responsibility of the Proposer(s) to see that their proposals have sufficient time to be received before the submittal deadline.Any proposal, portion of a proposal, or unrequested proposal revision received at the Town of Kennebunkport after the time and date specified, will be unopened The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
