Description

Qualified contractors are invited to bid on a roof replacement at the CDOT Office Building in Trinidad, Colorado. The project will involve the removal and proper disposal of the existing asphalt built up roof (BUR) system, adding insulation and cover board on top of the existing insulation and installing a new fully adhered 60 mil EPDM roof. Approximate square footage of the building roofing being replaced is 3,712 square feet.
