Clayton Street at Nash Street Parking Lot Project

The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: Demolition of asphalt paving, concrete driveways, existing concrete, sidewalks, curbs & gutters, block retaining wall, trees, wood shed, etc. Grading, installation of new storm drain , installation of re-enforce concrete wall, installation of concrete stair case, curb & gutter, concrete work, fencing, landscaping and sod installation. Tie-ins as per the dimensions and shown on the plans, and as stipulated in the contract bid specifications. Asphalt paving, striping and associated work. The installation of electrical conduit and secondary splice boxes. The City will provide all materials, the conduit and secondary splice boxes. Once the conduit is installed and inspected, the City will install the wire and lights. Installation of erosion control BMP’s.
