RFP Design - Metro SU Institutional Effectiveness and Technology Renovation

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to evaluate and select an A/E to assist the Owner in the performance of its obligations and enforcement of its rights during the design and/or construction of the Institutional Effectiveness and Technology Renovation Project located at Metro State University, 700 East 7th Street, St. Paul Campus. The A/E shall work with the Owners appointed Project Manager, the Owners System Office Program Manager, the Owners Project Representative, related Vendors and the construction contractor(s) to administer the design and/or construction contract(s) on behalf of the Owner to assure that the Project is designed and constructed in accordance with the Minnesota State Design Standards and the Contract Documents and that the Project is completed on schedule, on budget and to a level of quality commensurate with the Owners requirements. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
