Furnish & place as per Penn DOT specifications (Pub. 408, Section 341 )-equipment, labor & materials for the following: Item 3A Cold-In-Place Recycling 4" thich with crown & 2% cross slope. Follow attached report from GTA Inc., as minimum specification. Item 3B CSS-1H Emulsion. Item 3C SUPERPAVE 9.5 mm wearing, PG 64S-22, scratch & leveling course, as directed, 1" average compacted thickness. Item 3D SUPERPAVE 9.5 mm wearing, PG 64Sz~ 22, 0-0.3 million ESAL's, SRL M, 1.5" compacted thickness.
