Description Remove roof top exhaust fan that serves instruments in 4158B and 4160A and replace with a larger fan with a VFD. New fan will provide exhaust for existing and proposed instruments in rooms 4158B, 4160A and 4160B. Remove and replace as well as install new ductwork, coil, devices and control as shown on drawings to support the required ventilation for the three lab spaces.
