| Description | Energy Savings Plan (ESP) for this project contains several Energy Conservation Measures (ECM) that will be implemented at the Districts facilities. This project is the installation of ECMs 2 and 6. ECM 2 is the installation of a District Wide Energy Management System. The general scope of this ECM is to remove existing pneumatic controls and replace or integrate existing proprietary systems with new DDC Controls. ECM 6 of the ESP is the Boiler Replacement at Grover Cleveland Middle School. The general scope of this project is to demolish the existing boiler plant and replace with a new, high efficiency condensing boiler plant, including pumps, air separator, expansion tanks and a new domestic water heater, as well as all associated work. | ||||
