| Description | Demolish and remove an abandoned commercial building. 1. Unit concrete footings must also be removed from the site and legally disposed of All holes and irregularities must be filled in and repaired to match the subsequent area. This may include minor ground fill or asphalt repair. 2. The work area must be level and safe to walk on at the completion of the job. 3. Remove and legally dispose of all trash and materials. Specifications: 1. Mobilization of equipment, materials and tools. 2. Demolition, removal and disposal of one (1) commercial building (Approximately 2,766 +/- sf). 3. Removal and disposal of all substructure in the surrounding ground and pavement. This will include filling in the holes left in the pavement from the holes with materials similar to those surrounding the holes (dirt or asphalt). Location: Forest Acres, South Carolina.
