General and Emergency Roofing Repairs

Direct all inquiries concerning this IFB to: Debra Hughes Procurement Specialist Email: debra.hughes@dhhs.nc.gov Phone: 919-575-7209 It is the intent of this Invitation for Bids to establish an Agency Specific Term Contract to provide on-site general and emergency roof repair services on an "As Needed" basis, if and when ordered by Central Regional Hospital. The State does not guarantee a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. Central Regional Hospital (CRH) is one of three (3) State psychiatric hospitals in North Carolina. It is operated by the Division of State-Operated Healthcare Facilities (DSOHF) within the North Carolina Department of Health & Human Services. The Contract shall have an initial term of one (1) year, beginning on the date of final Contract execution (the "Effective Date"). The Vendor shall begin work under the Contract within thirty (30) business days of the Effective Date.
