| Description | It is the intent of this Description of Services/Commodities to set forth the final contractual intent as to the matter involved and shall prevail over the Standard Specifications and plans whenever in conflict therewith. In order that comparisons between the Description of Services/Commodities can be readily made, the numbering system for the Description of Services/Commodities is equivalent to that of the Specifications.
