2022 Street Improvement Program

Roadways 1. Blossom Lane – Repair and Resurface 2. Central Parkway – Repair and Resurface 3. East Groveland Road (Beachwood to Lyndway) – Repair and Resurface 4. Enterprise Parkway – Repair and Resurface 5. Halburton Road (West Corp. Line to Belvoir) – Repair and Resurface 6. Halworth Road (West Corp. Line to Belvoir) – Repair and Resurface 7. Letchworth Road (Bryden to School Drive) – Repair and Resurface 8. Letchworth Road (School Drive to Richmond) - Cement Stabilization and Resurface 9. Science Parkway – Repair and Resurface 10. Willow Lane – Repair and Resurface 11. Woodside Lane (Cul-de-sac to Sulgrave) – Repair and Resurface Note: The Contractor can only work on 5 streets at a time and Letchworth Road cannot begin until school is out for the summer (6 June 2022). Parking Lots 1. Police Parking Lot @ Richmond Road A. Mill and Fill 3” of asphalt pavement B. Perform pavement base repairs as directed. Repairs shall be flexible pavement repairs. C. Adjust castings to grade as necessary D. Replace concrete curbs as directed. E. Restripe the lot with temporary pavement markings immediately and in 30 days come back and install permanent pavement markings. F. Replace traffic loop detector at Richmond Road intersection.
