The project consists of crack sealing, sealcoating and restriping of seven parking lots in Garden City. The anticipated start date, weather permitting, is June 1, 2023 and completed by August 1, 2023. Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened. The OWNER and ENGINEER will further assess the bids based on the following criteria.
