It includes a meeting room, a large banquet hall with a stage and full dance floor along with an adjoining full kitchen. The center sits along the water and features an outdoor patio with a grill and picnic seating. A certified check, cashier's check, bank officer's check, or bid bond for Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00), made payable to the City of Dania Beach shall accompany each proposal. All bid prices shall be guaranteed firm for a minimum of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after the submission of the bid. No bidder may withdraw a bid within ninety (90) calendar days after the bid opening date. All questions requiring interpretation or clarification of the bidding documents shall be made in writing and shall be delivered to the City (and its Consultant, if applicable) to procurement@daniabeachfl.gov by 07/14/2023 at 12:00 PM ET I.T. Parker Community Center is located within Harbour Towne Marina and is one of the most popular and utilized facilities in the City of Dania Beach. The center sits along the water and features an outdoor patio with a grill and picnic seating. The Center was built in approximately 1986 and measures 9,200 square feet. Due to age and use, it is in need of various upgrades and improvements to modernize the site and create a suitable work space for City staff. The City has allocated $250,000 for the design and construction of this project. Questions regarding the RFQ documents shall be directed to the City of Dania Beach Procurement Division at procurement@daniabeachfl.gov. The budget for design and construction for this project is $200,000.
