Seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from Construction Manager/General Contractors (CM/GC) interested, experienced and knowledgeable in providing construction management and general contractor services to perform the reconstruction and rehabilitation of 88th Street from Rock Creek Parkway to the bridge approach at US 36.Reconstruction and rehabilitation of 88th Street from Rock Creek Parkway to the bridge approach at US 36. This project consists of new water main line installation, storm sewer and sanitary sewer line installation, subgrade stabilization (Fly Ash), paving, curb and gutter work as well as landscaping.
