RFP - Construction Manager at Risk - Public Safety Facilities

City of Gainesville is seeking proposals from licensed contractor (hereinafter, referred to as proposer) to provide construction manager at risk services for public safety facilities. Construction Manager at Risk Services: Provide a professional and construction team capable of providing the following services for the plan review and construction of new, redevelopment, reconstruction, expansion, remodeling and/or relocation of City of Gainesville Public Safety Facilities. Description: The work under this solicitation is generally described as construction of the facilities listed below. The scope will also include necessary design, incidental work (such as roadway turn lanes), and all site work required by State or local review agencies. Deadline for receipt of questions July 6, 2023 Within ten (10) business days after signature of Construction Services Work Order in excess of $200,000 by the Parties, CM shall provide the City with Payment and Performance Bonds, in the forms prescribed as Exhibits 4 & 5, in the amount of 100% of the total sum of the Work Order, the costs of which are to be paid by the CM.
