City Swimming Pool Repair

Repair of main pool and wading pool to include saw cutting and removal of approx. 900` lineal feet x approx. 3` to 4` wide area of existing concrete pool deck. Includes removal of concrete from exterior of pool shell and extending to pumps and filters for access to existing plumbing. Remove all existing sched. 40 plumbing to include removal of all skimmers, exterior return lines, and strainer baskets in both the main pool and the wade pool. Skimmers to be replaced with new in compatible kind and size. All other plumbing, including return lines and installation of new vacuum system plumbing installed to be sched. 80 PVC. Pressure-test equalizer port lines between skimmers and main-drain to ensure that lines contain no leaks. Should pressure loss occur, determine leak location and repair lines with the diameter mouth, filling any detected voids/open joints as needed. Ensure no voids remain within the concrete fill areas. Sound existing shell floor and walls for hollow or separation of plaster from concrete using wooden or metal sounding rod. Mechanically vibrate repair concrete into line repair areas, using patch compound and 3500 psi concrete with rebar and 1/2" stone as needed. Include removing tile along top edge of both pools and replastering as needed. Repaint interior surface of pool shell with concrete pool paint. Include clean jobsite with proper disposal of debris upon completion.
