| Description | Vendors shall be registered in the State of West Virginia. NO BID WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT THE CONTRACTOR S W.V. LICENSE NUMBER BEING INCLUDED ON THE BID SUBMISSION. The successful bidder may be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory performance and payment bond or bonds. Each bidder shall require a certified check, bank draft or acceptable surety bid bond in the amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid.
