Lawn and Landscape Maintenance Contract

1. All work to be performed in shall be completed in a professional and timely manner. 2. Initial service contract to begin June 1, 2021 through September 30, 2021. 3. Work performed in accordance with a three (3) year continuing service contract with a renewal option, subject to fire board approval. 4. Provide for, the ability to add future station(s) and fire district facilities to lawn & landscape service contract. 5. Provide a minimum of 40 annual lawn cuts at all specified locations. 6. Trimming of all shrubs and landscape as needed to maintain a well-manicured appearance year round at all specified locations. 7. Manual and chemical weed control of landscape beds and hardscapes at all specified locations. 8. Perform irrigation control and checks for all specified locations. 9. Provide fertilization and weed control a minimum of three times per year for all specified locations. 10. Clean-up/disposal of yard debris and materials.
