| Description | The project generally includes the removal of approximately 4,370 square feet of the bituminous asphalt roofing system and the replacement of the roof with a new EPDM roofing system including all flashing, insulation, vapor barrier, fasteners, adhesives and all appurtenances necessary to provide a complete roofing system. The upper roof will require the removal of the concrete, including asbestos abatement of same. Also included is the removal and replacement of the HVAC equipment located on the roof. |
