OCCDC (Ocean City Community Development Corporation) Scattered Sites

The construction is two stories of wood frame residential over one story of wood piles / wood-framed parking/storage/utility. The buildings are in Ocean City NJ at the following addresses: 3300 Bay Avenue; 240 244 Haven Avenue; and 224 Simpson Avenue. The Work consists of all site work and the construction of 2-story residential duplex apartments on 5 sites, a total of ten (10) apartments. Substitution requests must be made in writing by Wednesday, December 29, 2021, and Requests for Information must be made in writing by Wednesday, December 29, 2021 at 11:00 am prevailing time.
