Cottonwood Lane Drainage and Road Reconstruction Project

Sanitary Sewer (Gravity), Water Utilities, Pavement - Marking, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Concrete Walkway, ADA Curb Ramps, Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete), Manhole Rehabilitation, Roadway Pavement Markings, Drainage, Pedestrian Improvements, Street/Roadway Reconstruction , Asphalt Overlay, Rehab. and/or Maint., Sewer and Water Construction, Water and Wastewater Facilities, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Signage The Work generally includes but is not limited to: Reconstruction of Cottonwood Lane from US 50A to Hardie Lane and from Bardot Way to Cook Way, along with the micro-surfacing (contingent item) of the remaining roadway surface between US 50A and State Route 828 (Farm District Road), ADA improvements, sidewalk, curb and gutter, pavement striping, sanitary sewer manholes, waterline and associated appurtenances, and all miscellaneous and incidental work necessary to complete the project in conformance with the contract documents. The Work consists of performing or providing all labor, services, and documentation necessary to produce such construction and furnishing, installing, and incorporating all materials and equipment into such construction, all as required by the Contract Documents.
