Offerors should allow sufficient time to arrive on time at the Welcome Center parking lot. The purpose of this conference is to visit the construction site, clarify the statement of work and terms of the solicitation, and to answer any questions concerning the solicitation. Submission of questions prior to the conference is encouraged. The deadline for all questions pertaining to this solicitation will be 25 May 2023 at 12:00 PM EST.
