| Description | Remove all bottom material which includes (sediment/muck/plant material) necessary to grade out at no less than 0.5% slope from the kettle at the lower end (sill elevation of the kettle notches) to the upper end of each pond and at -0.5% from the toe of the banks to the kettle so the pond drains towards the kettle from all directions. Banks slopes impacted by pond bottom removal shall be regraded to 2:1 max slope. After bottom material has been removed additional work includes bank riprapping and kettle sand blanket. |
