Hopkins Center for the Arts - Dartmouth College

The project will consist of an interior renovation of an existing four-story, 200,000-square-foot educational development, to include: student ensemble performance and rehearsal spaces enhancements, new multi-media experimental theater, accommodate the dance and ceramics departments, improve performing arts library, improve building infrastructure and envelope, and upgrade mechanical and electrical systems. Plans call for adding a total of 50,000 square feet and renovating 140,000 square feet. As of October 18, 2022, an architect has been selected and the project is in fundraising stages. The project is in the process of getting final site plan approvals. The architect has declined releasing any information regarding the project. The method of selecting a general contractor has not been determined. Construction will begin in late 2022.
