University Boulevard Relocation - PWSTP43 - City of Harrisonburg

Relocate University Blvd between Port Republic Road and Carrier Drive. Includes construction of shared use path, reconfiguration of neighborhood street connections, and coordination with JMU on old convocation center parking lot access. Other revenue is provided by JMU. This project is in included in the City of Harrisonburg FY 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
