Cedarcrest Re-Bid Gypsum Finishing and Painting

Bids for the above project will be received, on behalf of the Owner, by the General Contractor/ Construction Manager Market & Johnson, Inc., at the above location, until the Bid Deadline. All bids must be submitted on the bid form supplied and in accordance to the Work Categories outlined in the specifications. Hand delivered, mailed, faxed or emailed bids will be accepted prior to the bid deadline. Bids will be opened privately. Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the documents prepared by BWBR, 380 St. Peter Street, Ste. 600, St. Paul, MN 55102 and dated 06/08/2022. In general, the project consists of new ambulatory surgery center with an associated clinic including imaging and rehab spaces. is for WC 09 90 00 Gypsum Finishing and Painting. Scope of work project expected to commence February 2023 and be completed by June of 2023. A pre-bid meeting will not be held. Project is currently under construction. The estimated value on this project reflects the full construction of this project.
