Window and Door Replacements at Franklin and Roosevelt Elementary Schools

At Franklin Elementary School, the scope of the work for this project involves a full window replacement on the 1921 Original building and the 1954 addition, and select exterior door replacements on the 1921 Original building and the 1954 addition. The scope includes but is not limited to the removal and replacement of select existing windows, sills, associated door assemblies, and removal and reinstallation of existing electrical conduits and equipment being affected by window installation, as shown on the plans. Scope also includes upgrades to the existing wood trim along the roof edge of the 1954 building. At Roosevelt Elementary School, the scope of the work for this project involves a full window replacement on the 1925 Original building and 1957 addition, and select interior and exterior door replacements on the 1925 Original building and 1957 addition. The scope includes but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of select existing windows, sills, storefront assemblies, and the removal and reinstallation of existing electrical conduits and equipment being affected by the window installations, as shown on the plans.
