Description

**As of March 1, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.**  Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the construction of two (2) new campground shower buildings. Work includes but is not limited to clearing and grubbing; demolition of an existing building; construction of two (2) masonry shower buildings; paving, underground utilities, wastewater disposal systems and lift stations with associated general, plumbing, HVAC, electrical and sitework in accordance with the drawings and specifications. This phased project is separated Construction, Plumbing, Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning, and Electrical Prime Contracts. There are required subcontracting provisions for General Contract, HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Contracts. Individual checks for each project shall be made payable to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation.Proposals will be accepted only from bidders who obtain the biddable Contract Documents directly from the Department. All proposals must be submitted on a printed paper version of the official Proposal Form 004113 and enclosed in a sealed envelope. Each proposal must be accompanied by a deposit or a Bid Bond Form 004313 in the amount of 5% of the bid. The Apparent Low Bidder will be required to submit a completed NEW YORK STATE VENDOR RESPONSIBILITY QUESTIONNAIRE FOR-PROFIT CONSTRUCTION (CCA-2) and M/WBE-EEO and SDVOB Utilization Plans within 24 hours and within five days, respectively, of being notified that they are the Apparent Low Bidder.Pursuant to State Finance Law, AA139-j and 139-k, this Invitation for Bid includes and imposes certain restrictions on communications between a Governmental Entity and an Offerer during the procurement process.
