| Description | Perform system/equipment tests, Groom, checks, inspections, and certifications including HEMP quality assurance testing during system production and equipment installation, HEMP acceptance testing for electromagnetic barriers and special protective measures, and HEMP verification testing of the completed and operational system, Pre Installation Test and Checkout (PITCO), Pre-overhaul Test and Inspection (POT&I), System Operations and Validation Testing (SOVT). Contractor services are required to assist the project in its execution of development, testing, production, sustainment and technical support of TACAMO Ground Communications - Mobile systems. The support includes developmental technology in, and demonstration of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) hardening processes, testing, Hardness Maintenance and Hardness Surveillance (HM/HS) activities. |
