Wellness Center Expansion

GeoTek #21-L03 The University of South Dakota is expanding the Wellness Center. The addition will be located on the south side of the existing building in Vermillion, SD and approximately 45,500 GSF. The aquatic center addition will include spaces such as competition pool, activity pool, spa, pool equipment, storage, spectator seating, sauna, classrooms, team locker rooms and wellness locker room expansion, family locker room, and public restrooms. The addition will also include a wet classroom, coaches offices, aquatics manager's office, a conference room, custodial spaces, and mechanical and electrical spaces There will NOT be a pre-bid meeting.
