NC Zoological Park - Africa Plains Barn B - Roof Replacement

Remove and replace metal R-Panel ceiling with perforated galvalume R-panels and metal roofing with 24 ga. standing seam roof panels with Galvalume Plus coated both sides and replace translucent panels. Replace insulation with new R-19 insulation and repair and paint any damaged z-girts and purlins or replace. Remove all electrical conduits, lighting and heating elements and replace as per plans. Reuse any electrical conduit providing it meets all applicable codes. Repair work to include all necessary appurtenances required for standard industry roof replacement and repair. Includes removing and replacing lights and anything connected to ceiling in order to safely replace ceiling and roofing materials. Animal boarding wall ceiling top connections if cut must be welded and welds smoothed and galvanized coating repaired using galvanizing repair sticks. Garage Door base framing to be repaired by cutting out and replacing damaged sections of steel C's approximately 36 inches high above finished floor elevation.
