Water Treatment Plant Sulfuric Acid and Chlorine Piping Replacements

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to replace approximately 320 feet of existing 316 stainless steel (SS) sulfuric acid feed piping with new double wall Polyvinylidene Fluoride (PVDF) pipe in clear PVC containment piping for nanofiltration raw water injection, acid supply from the nanofiltration day tanks to the acid metering pump skids, and a new connection to the Concentrate Treatment Facility (CTF) acid day tank; and replacement of approximately 105 feet of existing PVC chlorine feed piping with new double wall PVDF pipe in polypropylene containment piping; including but not limited to all demolition and legal disposal of existing piping, draining, neutralizing and disposal of remnant liquid, construction of valves, fittings, connectors, flanges, gaskets, centralizers, basket strainers, hardware, sleeves, backfill, compaction, asphalt restoration, pressure testing, preconstruction video, submittals/shop drawings, record drawings, and all other work required to provide complete and acceptable chemical piping systems
