Description

The bids will be acted upon by the City Council at City Hall located at 25 Center Street on the 6th day of March 2023, at 7:00 p.m. The materials and services required are as follows: The work will consist of removing and replacing the outfield turf (baseball field and foul territory), installing a warning track around the perimeter of the outfield, removing and replacing the outfield irrigation system, tying the new outfield irrigation system to the existing irrigation system in the infield and sidelines, and installing a linear slit drainage system in the outfield. Bid security is required according to state law and the bid specifications. Payment for the materials and services herein provided for will be in cash. The City of Vermillion reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
