Paving and Waterline Improvements: Oak Grove Drive and Santa Fe Trail - 37891 - City of Plano

UPDATE: Project includes removal and replacement of 2,500 linear feet of full-width residential street pavement, sidewalks, driveways, barrier free ramps, and of water line. Drainage improvements will be evaluated and improved to address localized flooding concerns. Project limits are between Oak Grove Court and Peachtree Lane. The Santa Fe Trail, adjacent to Oak Grove Drive, will also be replaced with this project between Jupiter Road and East Spring Creek Parkway along Brown Branch, connection Schell Park, west of Jupiter Road to Bob Woodruff Park, east of Spring Creek Parkway. The project is included in the city's 2022-2026 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 4, 2023, a design engineer has been selected. A firm timeline for bidding and construction has not been confirmed. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
