Relocate Runway 3-21 at Lihue Airport

The scope of work consists of construction of new runway and taxiways pavements for the relocation of Runway 3-21, grading and construction of concrete retaining walls at each runway end, installation of jet blast deflector, installation of vehicle service and inspection roads, fencing, storm drain improvements, underground infiltration basin, replacement of airfield lighting and signage, and modification of NAVAIDS. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Estimated construction cost is between $80,000,000 and $90,000,000. ALL requests for information (RFI) and substitution requests shall be received in writing in HIePRO no less than 17 calendar days before bid opening. Questions received after the deadline will not be addressed. Verbal requests for information will not receive a response.
