| Description | Renovate existing Tennis Courts and create a court with one (1) tennis court and one (1) pickleball court. 1. Complete reconstruction of the Tennis Courts located in Cope Bennett Park, 100 Railway Street, Sharptown, MD 21861. This location currently has two (2) tennis courts on a 120’x 120’ asphalt base. We are looking to renovate the asphalt base then create one (1) tennis court 60’ x 120’ and then two (2) pickleball courts on the second half. The pickleball courts are to be installed on the half closest to the parking lot. The courts, each will have a different dimension should be centered in the 120’ x 60’ section of the court. 2.
