Potawatomi Zoo Parking Lot

For the construction of a parking lot expansion within Potawatomi Park outside the zoo for the benefit of City of South Bend Venue Parks and Arts. The work to be performed is to construct a parking lot expansion with new drywell structures and perforated pipes, improve pavement of existing entrance to the parking lot with partial full depth, mill and overlay the existing asphalt pavement. The project also includes seal coating existing parking lot asphalt, and restripe the parking lot with new pavement markings, and additional accessible parking spaces.
