Cuyahoga County Airport Roof Replacement

A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Question Deadline 10/19/2022 at 2:00 PM ET After the site visit, please submit all RFI questions to Mary Ellen Butler, Purchasing Analyst for the Cuyahoga County Department of Public Works at mbutler@cuyahogacounty.us. As required by the Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54, each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond for the full amount (100%) of the bid, or a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of bid. If a Bid Bond is submitted as the bid guaranty, it must be that of an approved Surety Company authorized to transact business in the State of Ohio. The Bond will be held as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the bidder will enter into a Contract for same. If a Certified Check, Cashiers Check, or Irrevocable Letter of Credit is submitted as the bid guaranty, it must be drawn on a Solvent Bank and made payable without condition to the Treasurer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio and will be held as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted, the successful bidder, upon the contract award shall furnish a construction bond in the sum equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount per Section O.R.C. Payment will only be made upon approval by the County Executive and/or his designee, and payments will be warrants issued by the County Fiscal Officer upon notification from the County Executive and/or his designee. Cuyahoga County reserves the right and discretion to reject any bid or proposal for any reason or all bids or proposals for no reason at all without incurring any liability.
