New Life Church Administrative Offices Renovation

As of March 9, 2023, the owner did not move forward with the project. Plans call for the upfit of approximately 16,000 square feet on the 2nd floor for use as church administrative offices, two restrooms, a staff lounge, ushers lounge, counseling room, warming kitchen, and storage spaces. The first floor will be receiving an approximate fit out of 1,023 square foot for a new male and female restroom block and a janitor room. The project is an office up-fit on the 2nd floor of an existing building that houses the church auditorium on the 1st floor. We will also be building a new male & female restroom block and janitor room on the 1st floor. The 2nd floor will have about 16,000 sf of office space for the church's administrative offices. The up-fit will consist of two restrooms , a staff lounge, ushers lounge, 2 conference rooms, a pastors suite with a dining area, counselling room, prep room(warming kitchen) and several office stations and storage spaces.
