Question Deadline 09/12/2022 at 2:00 PM MT General/Background Mesa County is soliciting competitive bids from qualified and interested companies for all labor, equipment, and materials required to construct an accessibility ramp at the Mesa County Fairgrounds Grandstands. Removal of the existing ramp and construction of a new ADA compliant ramp is the expectation of this project. An Alternate pricing is also requested for Concrete in lieu of Asphalt paving, refer to the drawings for more information. All dimensions and scope of work should be verified by Contractors prior to submission of bids. 4.2 Special Conditions & Provisions There are events scheduled after the project construction dates that construction cannot occur. It is anticipated project work shall commence after bid award and BOCC approval and the scheduled time of Final Completion for the Project shall be no later than April 1, 2023. Completion is achieved when site cleanup and all punch list items (resulting from the final inspection) have been completed.
