Description

Project consists of constructing a 2,600 square foot single story addition with a basement/crawlspace to the existing library. This construction shall involve a masonry firewall between the two structures and creating an opening through an existing wall. A portion of the existing library exterior wall will also be removed to allow for an expansion of existing interior space. Construction shall mimic the existing building in material and form. Some sitework is required including buried stormwater detention structures and modifications to the existing surface parking lot.
