| Description | Renovation of approx. 12,877 sf of the existing HVAC training lab and classroom areas. The work will consist of two phases; 1. Phase 1 will begin immediately after NTP from the owner and will consist of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scope of work in 3 existing classrooms, one conference room, and one-half of the training lab. Phase 1 will continue with Phase 2 timeline. 2. Phase 2 will begin after May classes conclude and will consist of Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing scope of work in 2 existing classrooms, the other half of the training lab, and a few adjacent spaces. Phase 1 continues with phase 2 timeline. Both phases are required to complete prior August 2020 class commencement. |
