| Description | The goal for the new system is: 1. Retain similar functionality, retain as much of the existing equipment as possible to reduce cost. 2. Video Conferencing in the large rooms with a camera for the presenter and a camera for the audience. 3. Video conferencing in the small rooms with a camera for the audience only. 4. Ceiling mics shall be added in a beamforming to accommodate video conferencing via Zoom, Meet, GoToMeeting, WebEx etc. 5. A new control system with touchscreens in the small rooms and large rooms 2 new presentation podiums in the large rooms 6. Integration of 4 owner furnished PC's 7. Each room should be able to do an independent meeting inclusive of video conferencing, or rooms should be able to combine to do video conferencing or inroom meetings 8. Integration and operation should be similar to the existing functionality |
