| Description | Scope of Work: Removal and Replacement of Pump Station Roof at Water Plant 4 1. Complete tear off to existing deck. 2. Remove flashing from the walls. 3. Remove scuppers, downspouts, and heads. 4. Dispose of all trash, debris, and old roof materials. 5. Install 1 Vz" continuous insulation attached to deck. Tapered insulation is acceptable where needed to achieve adequate slope for positive drainage. 5. Install new tapered crickets between scuppers. 6. Install a 60 mil TPO roofmembrane fastened per manufacturer's specifications. 7. Install TPO flashing up and over top ofwalls. 8. Install TPO coated metal scuppers 9. Install wood nailers on top ofwalls 10.Install 24 gage coping cap at walls. Color will be selected by owner. 11.Install new heads and down spouts. 12.Furnish a certified 20 year manufacturer's warranty and a minimum 2 year workmanship warranty. |
