2022 CFP Sitework Improvements at Scattered Sites

The Howard Housing Authority (HHA) is seeking Proposals from qualified firms to provide all labor and materials for the Sitework Improvements at Sites A and C in Howard, KS. The general scope of work includes removal of the existing concrete walks and ramps, base preparation and replacement as shown with new concrete walks and ramps with rails, and other items as specified for a complete and working installation. The general scope includes (1) demolition of selected concrete pavement and steel railings (2) Preparation and compaction of the subgrade. (3) Placement of new concrete walks and ramps, installation of steel handrails, joint sealing, etc. (4) Yard repairs, finish grading and seeding of damaged areas in the work zone 100% performance and payment bonds The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to award the contract in the best interest of the Authority. Cost estimate: $25,000-$30,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
