Description

Provide a major annual preventative maintenance inspection and a minor semi-annual preventative maintenance inspection and repairs to the pumps, generators, electrical breaker systems and gas detection sensor units in the Pump Stations located at Rte. 372 by the Union Train Station and at the Founders Bridge Adrien’s Landing located at ,behind the Hartford Convention Center parking garage. All system components including attached piping, conduit and vents are to be maintained through the term of this Contract. The Contractor shall replace the filters and fluids. CTDOT may require additional repairs.
