Seeking bids from qualified contractors for the WEST BRANCH RIVER BANK STABILIZATION project at the Delaware County Fairgrounds. W o r k i t e m s i n c l u d e , b u t a r e n o t l i m i t e d t o : mobilization/demobilization, pollution control, dewatering operations, rock rip-rap bank stabilization, seeding and mulching. Work within the stream and floodplain, or which could affect water quality, shall be completed in accordance with the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's permit. Bidders are responsible for the timely delivery of their bid proposals. Addenda, if any, will be issued only to those companies whose name and address are on record as having obtained Bidding and Contract Documents. The Delaware County Soil and Water Conservation District reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or waive informalities in the Bidding.
