BACKGROUND The National Institute of Nursing Research (NINR), Division of Management Services (DMS), Office of Management and Policy Analysis (OMPA) requires logistical and technical support for space design and reconfigurations for NINR offices to meet post COVID restrictions on office sharing and hybrid workspace dynamics. C. OBJECTIVES The contract is anticipated to have the vendor offer full consulting services to assist NINR with its office remodeling, renovating, and restructuring for compliance with the current hybrid workplace environment for enhancing office morale and fostering maximum office productivity The contract is anticipated to have the vendor offer full consulting services to assist NINR with its office remodeling, renovating, and restructuring for compliance with the current hybrid workplace environment for enhancing office morale and fostering maximum office productivity. Consulting: Access NINR workspace in multiple sites and buildings. Consult with NINR staff and provide recommendations for space design and reconfigurations Create reports and analyses of NINR assigned office space and present as needed Design options in photographs, drawings, or digital representations Provide project design files in .dwg and .pdf format Assist with furniture selection, vendor selection, writing specifications, request quotes Act as a liaison between IC, architects, ORF, and GC Attend meetings and provide updates on project progress Project Management: Oversee dismantles, moves, installations, and reconfigurations Manage other subcontractors such as movers, furniture installers, and furniture vendors Hire movers and installers on an "as needed" basis Rent dollies and crates PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Service shall be performed at the following locations: o NIH Main Campus, Bldg 31B, Room 5B03 and B1B55, Bethesda, MD o NIH Main Campus, Bldg 10, Room 2-1339 and 2A19, Bethesda, MD o NIH Main Campus, Bldg 3, Room 5E26, Bethesda, MD o 6701 Democracy Blvd., DEM1, Room 700 and 710, Bethesda, MD Contact person / Phone: Jay Broadway 301.768.0184 National Institutes of Health National Institutes of Nursing Research Division of Management Services Building 31, Room 5B13 Bethesda, MD 20892-4733 PRICE Among those technically acceptable offerors according to the Technical Criteria provided above, the offeror with the lowest price will receive award.
