Description

This project is to enhance the efficiency of operations in the MDOT SHA - Hal Kassoff Statewide Operations Center (SOC) located in Hanover, MD. The area of renovation is approximately 34,000 GSF on two levels. The scope of improvements is anticipated to include, but not limited to, demolition of existing internal walls and structures, construction of a reconfigured operation room and adjacent spaces, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, Information Technology conduits and wiring, construction of a video display wall, roofing, lighting, utility coordination and environmental permit acquisition.
