Description	This RFQ is for a remodeling project at the CDPHE Laboratory Services Division building located at 8100 Lowry Boulevard, Denver, CO 80230. The building was acquired and remodeled into the State of Colorado Laboratory building in the late 1990s. And today, much remains the same. The 87,360 SF one-story building consists mostly of lab and office space. Included in the total square feet is an 18,500 SF warehouse which is currently being used as temporary COVID receiving and distribution center.
